Refund policy
Trial
If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Monthly
If you forgot to cancel, ask within 7 days of the charge. We refund that month if Plus was not used in a substantial way. One courtesy refund per account.
Yearly and lifetime
Yearly and lifetime purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. After that, yearly access continues until the period ends and we do not prorate. Lifetime follows the same 14-day window.
Duplicates
A duplicate or accidental charge is refunded.
App stores
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores.
How to ask
Email support@piximoney.com or use Settings → Plan & billing when that button is on. Refunds return to the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days. Where local law gives you more, that law applies.
